Comments:
Wow! So...what are you doing later? ;o)

Eating chocolate and letting people rub my post comp hard-earned pot-belly for good luck!

The last picture in your shorts looks the best! where you think you have any fat is like NOWAY!! You look awesome... all the hard work paid off. Congratulations! Lee Ann

Dude, I'm obviously no acredited body building judge, but you nailed those poses. You had to have a major headache after drawing all that blood to your nugget, I thought your head was going to explode.

Damn bro. You had the mad crazy separations and striations. I give you mad props for seeing this thing through. Especially considering the dieting and training regimen you adhered so strongly to. Go have a beer, champ. You've earned it

Thanks for your comments, guys...

It would have been REALLY nice to have started my pre-comp diet at my old weight (pre UC) of 196lb (89kg). It think would have been tight making the 81kg division weight, but I would have been ALOT thicker in my back, legs, arms, etc. I started dieting lighter than the other guy's stage weight, but I couldn't have put a better package out there than what I did based on where I started.

Again, thanks for the ego strokin'!

pops says: damn dude is that one of my kids. you look great, all the work paid off. again congrads!!

Dude the separation in your back just blew me away. Crazy definition. How much of that r u gonna try 2 maintain?

Pretty much all of the "stage condition" is gone. A little ab left, but mostly an overall smooth appearance with muscles more full. That's the effect of carbs on me. Plus, my base tan has faded and I now have some body hair. Both of which greatly modify appearance.

I'm going to spend some time trying to add some weight so that I can step on the stage next year with more meat. In order to put on the weight, I have to eat for a guy 15lbs heavier than me, so the definition goes away pretty quickly. I think I may do the same show again next year...it was fun when it wasn't miserable!

You want to "step on the stage with more meat"
LOL hah hah hah...
I'm sure you do!
LMAO
